Olive Garden Italian Restaurant Madison

“We went on a Monday evening. After a ten minute wait, we were seated. The waiter offered us some wine to taste but I ended up with a water and the husband with a raspberry lemonade, which he enjoyed. We both chose the endless stuffed pasta deal they had. We also ordered the fried mozzerella. We waited a bit longer then expected for the bread sticks, salad and soup to come out. It all tasted great when we finally got it though. The pasta was filling and delicious. The second order was, as expected, a much smaller portion. The waiter was prompt with filling our drinks and removing empty plates. He was timely with asking if we needed anything, very friendly and nice. I went to use the restroom before we left. The restroom was clean, but really small stalls. Not comfortable at all!”

“Food and service were good. We arrived mid afternoon early evening on a sunday. Restaurant was mostly empty. We were seated next to another group of 4 that were finishing up. Shortly after a table of 2 were sat next to us. Then a party of 10 plus were sat next to us celebrating a birthday party and they had children. On the other side of the rood devide there was unlimited seating. Absolutely no reason to sit them on top of us. Could have gone to McDonald's for that and saved $50. Most disappointment came when we got home 80 miles away and one of the 2 cheesecake "to go" was missing. Didnt get a receipt (didnt need it) to know if I was charged or not but the bill was healthy enough to assume I was. It was clearly communicated 2 pieces to go. Our fault also, didnt look in the container to verify correctness as the server packaged our to go boxes.”
